All food on Aeonian Dreams will benefit the consumer in different ways. For instance fish which may be obtained either by fishing or bought at one of the player booths will provide a source of protein, invaluable for hitpoint regen. Fats benefit mana regen etc. To improve the quality of food, you may cook it in a frying pan and thereby increase the benefit derived from it.

It is possible that at some time in the future cooking will become a more complicated skill, with recipes, blending of ingredients etc producing the finest of foods and a lucrative livelihood for the dedicated chef.
